A study on effects of system thinking and decision-making styles over entrepreneurship skills

Entrepreneurship has an uncertain environment requiring several abilities to achieve the goal. The article explores effects of individuals’ system thinking level, decision-making styles and family background on their entrepreneurial skills. In study relational screening model is used as a research method. sample group consists 65 students 4th grade private university in Istanbul, Turkey 2019. Three questionnaires have been applied descriptive statistics all other tests conducted by using SPSS 26 examine extent involvement, significance, direction degree relationships. results show that there positive moderate significant (r = 0.542) relationship between entrepreneurship skill level. Also low level 0.374 p <0.05) detected skills vigilance type style. Negative relationships -0.123 r -0.244, among skills, hypervigilance procrastination types styles. Moreover, no found parental education/job status experience/history supporting idea learnable rather than innate skill.
